The Parts Sales Manager supports the Store Manager in driving store performance, developing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional WOW! Customer Service. The role provides leadership in store operations, sales, inventory management, safety, and commercial account support, while helping employees grow and ensuring customers receive trusted automotive solutions. Requirements
- Demonstrated integrity, decision-making skills, and leadership abilities.
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

- Previous experience in automotive retail.
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees.
- Communicate effectively with customers and employees to support smooth store operations and positive experiences.
- Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
- Follow store procedures; manage inventory and cash handling; control shrink; and support operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders.
- Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, process returns promptly, and maintain merchandising.
- Enforce PPE use, promote risk management, and uphold company safety standards.
- Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
- Resolve customer concerns and operational issues while adhering to company policies.
