About The Position

As a Parts Sales Manager, you will help drive sales performance, develop a high-performing team, and provide an exceptional WOW! Customer Service experience. You will support AutoZone’s mission of providing trusted automotive solutions and have opportunities to build leadership abilities and grow your career in automotive retail. Under the Store Manager’s guidance, you will help lead store operations, support employees, and work with store staff and commercial department leaders to meet business and customer needs.
Requirements
- Demonstrated integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
- Availability for a full-time flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
- Previous experience in automotive retail.
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees and fostering a motivated, engaged team.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and employees to support smooth store operations and positive experiences.
- Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
- Follow store procedures; manage inventory and cash handling; control shrink; and support operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service.
- Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, process returns promptly, and maintain merchandising.
- Enforce PPE use, promote risk management, and uphold company safety standards.
- Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
- Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly while upholding company policies.
