About The Position
AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to help drive store sales performance, develop a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional WOW! Customer Service. Working under the Store Manager’s guidance, the Parts Sales Manager supports store operations, leads by example, and helps employees develop while advancing AutoZone’s mission of providing trusted automotive solutions. The role includes overseeing parts sales and inventory, supporting commercial and hub departments, maintaining operational standards, and helping ensure a safe and efficient store. Requirements
- Demonstrated integrity, decision-making skills, and leadership abilities.
- Availability for a full-time flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Strong communication and people skills in both Spanish and English.
- Previous experience in automotive retail.
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and employees.
- Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
- Follow store procedures; manage inventory and cash handling; control shrink; and support operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain smooth operations and customer service.
- Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, process returns promptly, and maintain merchandising.
- Enforce PPE use, promote risk management, and uphold company safety standards.
- Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
- Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues promptly while upholding company policies.
