About The Position

The Parts Sales Manager supports the Store Manager in driving store performance, sales, and exceptional WOW! Customer Service. The role helps lead, train, and develop employees while maintaining effective communication and a motivated team. It oversees sales goals, inventory accuracy, merchandising, returns, cash handling, shrink control, and compliance with store procedures and safety standards. The position also collaborates with store staff and commercial department leaders, supports commercial and hub departments, and resolves customer concerns and operational issues in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

• Demonstrated integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
• Availability for a full-time flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees and fostering a motivated, engaged team.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures; manage inventory and cash handling; control shrink; and support operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain smooth operations and customer service.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, process returns promptly, and maintain merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use, promote risk management, and uphold company safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues promptly while following company policies.
