About The Position

As a Parts Sales Manager at AutoZone, you will help drive sales performance, foster a high-performing team, and provide exceptional WOW! Customer Service. You will assist the Store Manager with store leadership and operations, support employee development, and contribute to AutoZone’s mission of providing trusted automotive solutions. The role supports sales and inventory goals, store operations, customer service, safety, and commercial account needs.

Requirements

• Demonstrated integrity, decision-making skills, and leadership abilities.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees and fostering an engaged team.
• Communicate effectively with customers and employees to support smooth operations and positive experiences.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures; manage inventory and cash handling; control shrink; and support operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, process returns promptly, and maintain merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use, promote risk management, and uphold company safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly while following company policies.
