About The Position

As a Parts Sales Manager, you will help drive sales performance, foster a high-performing team, and ensure an exceptional WOW! Customer Service experience. Under the Store Manager’s guidance, you will demonstrate initiative and leadership while supporting store operations and AutoZone’s mission of providing trusted automotive solutions. Requirements

• Demonstrated integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
• Availability for a full-time flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees to foster a motivated and engaged team.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures; manage inventory and cash handling; control shrink; and support operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to support operations and customer service.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, process returns promptly, and maintain merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues while upholding company policies.
