Working under the Store Manager’s guidance, the Parts Sales Manager contributes to store operations and team development while supporting AutoZone’s mission of providing trusted automotive solutions. Requirements

• Demonstrated integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
• Availability for a full-time flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees and fostering a motivated, engaged team.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and employees to support smooth operations and positive experiences.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures; manage inventory and cash handling; control shrink; and support operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and strong customer service.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, process returns promptly, and maintain merchandising.
• Enforce personal protective equipment use, promote risk management, and uphold company safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly while following company policies.
