About The Position

The Parts Sales Manager supports the Store Manager in driving store performance, leading and developing employees, and delivering WOW! Customer Service. The role oversees store operations, sales performance, inventory, cash handling, shrink control, merchandising, and safety and compliance practices. It also works with store staff and commercial department leaders to support commercial accounts, hub operations, timely deliveries, and customer needs. Requirements

• Demonstrated integrity, decision-making skills, and leadership abilities.
• Availability for a full-time flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees and fostering an engaged team.
• Communicate effectively with customers and employees to support smooth store operations and positive experiences.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures and manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain operations and customer service.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, process returns on time, and maintain merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use, promote risk management, and uphold company safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly while following company policies.
