About The Position
The Parts Sales Manager is a store leadership role responsible for helping drive sales performance, developing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional WOW! Customer Service. Working under the Store Manager’s guidance, the manager leads by example and supports store operations, inventory management, customer service, and AutoZone’s mission of providing trusted automotive solutions. The role offers opportunities to develop leadership skills and grow a career in automotive retail. The position requires full-time schedule flexibility, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees and fostering a motivated, engaged team.
- Communicate effectively with customers and employees to support smooth store operations and positive experiences.
- Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
- Follow store procedures; manage inventory and cash handling; control shrink; and support operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service.
- Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, process returns promptly, and maintain merchandising.
- Enforce PPE use, promote risk management, and uphold company safety standards.
- Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
- Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues promptly while following company policies.
