About The Position

AutoZone is seeking a part-time Parts Sales Manager to help drive store sales, develop a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional WOW! Customer Service. Under the Store Manager’s guidance, the manager supports store operations and team development while advancing AutoZone’s mission of providing trusted automotive solutions. The role includes sales and inventory oversight, employee supervision and training, operational and safety compliance, and support for commercial and hub departments. Demonstrated integrity, decision-making skills, and leadership abilities.
Availability for a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
Previous experience in automotive retail.
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees and fostering a motivated team.
Maintain effective communication with customers and employees to support smooth store operations and positive experiences.
Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
Follow store procedures; manage inventory and cash handling; control shrink; and support operational efficiency.
Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain effective operations and customer service.
Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, process returns timely, and maintain merchandising.
Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues in accordance with company policies.
