Requirements
- Demonstrated integrity, decision-making skills, and leadership abilities.
- Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees.
- Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and employees.
- Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
- Follow store procedures; manage inventory and cash handling, control shrink, and support operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain smooth operations and customer service.
- Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, process returns promptly, and support merchandising.
- Enforce personal protective equipment (PPE) use, promote risk management, and uphold company safety standards.
- Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
- Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly while following company policies.
