About The Position

AutoZone is seeking a part-time Parts Sales Manager to drive sales performance, develop a high-performing team, and provide exceptional WOW! Customer Service. Under the Store Manager’s guidance, the Parts Sales Manager helps lead store operations and employees, supports AutoZone’s customer-first mission, and contributes to career growth in automotive retail. Responsibilities include supporting sales, inventory management, merchandising, returns, cash handling, safety, commercial account operations, and customer issue resolution.

Requirements

Demonstrated integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Previous automotive retail experience.
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager with supervising, training, and developing employees.
Communicate effectively with customers and employees to support smooth store operations and positive experiences.
Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
Follow store procedures; manage inventory and cash handling; control shrink; and support operational efficiency.
Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain operations and customer service.
Lead efforts to exceed parts sales targets, optimize inventory, process returns, and support merchandising.
Enforce PPE use, promote risk management, and uphold company safety standards.
Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly while following company policies.
