About The Position

The Parts Sales Manager helps drive store sales performance, develops a high-performing team, and delivers an exceptional WOW! Customer Service experience. Under the Store Manager’s guidance, this role supports store operations, inventory management, commercial account needs, safety, and compliance. The position is part of AutoZone’s automotive retail team, with opportunities to develop leadership abilities and pursue career growth.

Requirements

• Demonstrated integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees, and foster a motivated, engaged team.
• Communicate effectively with customers and employees to support smooth store operations and positive experiences.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures; manage inventory and cash handling; control shrink; and support operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, process returns promptly, and maintain merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly while following company policies.
