About The Position

The Parts Sales Manager will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding market opportunities across multiple sales channels, including retail, wholesale, and national fleet accounts. This position will lead sales strategy and execution while actively driving product management activities. Including account alignment of product strategy, portfolio development, market positioning, and commercialization initiatives. The role will also develop key customer relationships, identify emerging market opportunities, and execute strategies to increase revenue, product penetration, and market share. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in sales management, product management/support, key national account management, negotiation, and sales pipeline development. Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms is highly preferred. The successful candidate will be a strategic, results-oriented professional who is equally comfortable developing long-term business strategies and taking a hands-on approach to driving sales performance. Territory: Virginia (VA), North Carolina (NC), and Georgia (GA), New Braunfels - TX The ideal candidate would live within the assigned territory, with a preference for candidates located in Tennessee (TN) or Alabama (AL) due to their close proximity to the territory. Candidates should be comfortable with travel throughout the assigned territory to support customers, national accounts, and business development activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of sales experience
  • At least 1 years of lead experience OR Master's degree and at least 3 years of sales experience
  • At least 1 years of lead experience OR At least 8 years of sales experience
  • At least 1 years of lead experience
  • Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, drive eCommerce growth and enhance brand presence.
  • Collaborate with product teams to align product offerings with market needs. Provide insights and feedback to support product development and lifecycle management.
  • Align product plans and go to market between dealer and International Motors teams.
  • Drive the business review process within defined product categories and territories.
  • Oversee and manage retail, wholesale, eCommerce and national fleet sales in defined territory.
  • Develop and manage sales processes, monitor performance, and ensure sales targets are met.
  • Develop and turn 15 target dealer fleet accounts in partnership with dealer.
  • Develop and execute go to market strategies within assigned product categories for dealer group and all product categories within territory.
  • Lead complex product negotiations with dealer product line managers to secure mutual favorable terms and establish long-term relationships.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics. Use insights to inform business strategies and decision-making.
  • Provide comprehensive support for sales-related issues, primarily coordinating with the parts/service support team(s) to resolve dealer inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealer field and region leadership, suppliers, and national account fleets.
  • Use dealer/fleet feedback to improve retention and satisfaction.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics in assigned product categories, territories, and eCommerce.
  • Prepare detailed sales pipeline reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends utilizing Salesforce CRM.
