About The Position

The Parts Sales Manager helps drive store sales performance, develop a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional WOW! Customer Service. Working with the Store Manager, this role supports store operations, inventory management, merchandising, cash handling, safety, and customer issue resolution. The manager also works with store staff and commercial department leaders to support commercial accounts, hub operations, and timely deliveries. Requirements

• Demonstrated integrity, decision-making skills, and leadership abilities.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees.
• Communicate effectively with customers and employees to support smooth store operations and positive experiences.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures; manage inventory and cash handling; control shrink; and support operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain effective operations and customer service.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, process returns in a timely manner, and maintain merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use, promote risk management, and uphold company safety standards.
• Assist with commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly while following company policies.
