About The Position

The Parts Sales Manager helps drive store sales performance, foster a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional WOW! Customer Service experience. Under the Store Manager’s guidance, the manager assists with team leadership and development, store operations, inventory management, and customer service. The role supports AutoZone’s mission of providing trusted automotive solutions and offers opportunities to develop leadership skills and grow a career in automotive retail.

Requirements

• Demonstrated integrity, decision-making skills, and leadership abilities.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Previous automotive retail experience.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees.
• Communicate effectively with customers and employees to support smooth store operations and positive experiences.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures; manage inventory and cash handling; control shrink; and maintain operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to support operations and customer service.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, process returns timely, and maintain merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use, promote risk management, and uphold company safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues in accordance with company policies.
