About The Position

AutoZone’s Store Management team drives store performance, fosters a productive team, and ensures exceptional customer service. Parts Sales Managers help lead store operations and support AutoZone’s mission of providing trusted automotive solutions. In this role, you will help drive sales performance, develop a high-performing team, and deliver WOW! Customer Service. You will work with the Store Manager and store staff to meet goals, maintain operational excellence, and support customer needs. Requirements

• Demonstrated integrity, decision-making skills, and leadership abilities.
• Availability for a full-time flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees and fostering a motivated, engaged team.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures; manage inventory and cash handling; control shrink; and support operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain effective operations and customer service.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, process returns promptly, and maintain merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use, promote risk management, and uphold company safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly while following company policies.
