About The Position
The Parts Sales Manager supports the Store Manager in driving store performance, leading and developing employees, and delivering exceptional WOW! Customer Service. The role oversees store operations, sales performance, inventory, cash handling, merchandising, shrink control, safety, and compliance. It also collaborates with store staff and commercial department leaders to support smooth operations, timely deliveries, and customer needs. The position requires a flexible full-time schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves
- Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
- Previous experience in automotive retail.
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees and fostering an engaged team.
- Communicate effectively with customers and employees to support smooth store operations and positive experiences.
- Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
- Follow store procedures; manage inventory and cash handling; control shrink; and support operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain operations and customer service.
- Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, process returns on time, and maintain merchandising.
- Enforce PPE use, promote risk management, and uphold company safety standards.
- Assist with commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
- Resolve customer concerns and operational issues in accordance with company policies.
