About The Position

The Parts Sales Manager supports the Store Manager in driving store performance, sales, and exceptional WOW! Customer Service. The role helps supervise, train, and develop employees; oversee store operations and inventory; and maintain a motivated, high-performing team. Parts Sales Managers contribute to AutoZone’s mission of providing trusted automotive solutions and support the driving community.

Requirements

• Demonstrated integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
• Availability for a full-time flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees.
• Communicate effectively with customers and employees to support smooth operations and positive experiences.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures; manage inventory and cash handling; control shrink; and support operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, process returns promptly, and maintain merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues promptly while following company policies.
