The Parts Sales Manager helps drive sales performance, develop a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional WOW! Customer Service. Working with the Store Manager, this role supports store operations, employee development, inventory management, and the store’s mission of providing trusted automotive solutions. The manager contributes to career growth and business success in automotive retail.
Requirements
- Demonstrated integrity, decision-making skills, and leadership abilities.
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Previous automotive retail experience.
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager with supervising, training, and developing employees.
- Communicate effectively with customers and employees to support smooth store operations and positive experiences.
- Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
- Follow store procedures; manage inventory and cash handling; control shrink; and support operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service.
- Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, process returns promptly, and maintain merchandising.
- Enforce personal protective equipment use, promote risk management, and uphold company safety standards.
- Assist with commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
- Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues in accordance with company policies.
