About The Position

AutoZone’s Store Management team drives store performance, fosters a productive team, and ensures exceptional customer service. Parts Sales Managers play a key leadership role in driving sales performance, developing a high-performing team, and delivering a WOW! Customer Service experience. Under the Store Manager’s guidance, they lead by example and demonstrate initiative and strong leadership. Through operational oversight and team development, they support AutoZone’s mission of providing trusted automotive solutions and help maintain smooth store operations.

Requirements

• Demonstrated integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team.
• Maintain clear and effective interactions with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures; manage inventory and cash handling; control shrink; and support operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to support seamless operations and customer service.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, process returns promptly, and maintain merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues promptly while upholding company policies.
