About The Position

The Parts Sales Manager supports store performance, sales growth, team development, and exceptional customer service at AutoZone. Under the Store Manager’s guidance, this role helps supervise store operations and employees, leads by example, and promotes AutoZone’s customer-first standards and “WOW! Customer Service.” The position contributes to inventory management, operational efficiency, safety, and support for commercial and hub departments. Requirements

Demonstrated integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
Availability for a full-time flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
Previous experience in automotive retail.
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees.
Communicate effectively with customers and employees to support smooth store operations and positive experiences.
Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
Follow store procedures; manage inventory and cash handling; control shrink; and support operational efficiency.
Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service.
Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, process returns promptly, and maintain merchandising.
Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues while following company policies.
