About The Position

AutoZone is hiring a part-time Parts Sales Manager to help drive store sales, develop a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional WOW! Customer Service. Under the Store Manager’s guidance, the Parts Sales Manager supports store leadership and operations, helps employees grow, and contributes to AutoZone’s mission of providing trusted automotive solutions.

The role includes monitoring sales and performance, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting merchandising and returns, handling cash and shrink controls, and upholding safety and company procedures. The manager also works with store staff and commercial department leaders to support customer needs and timely deliveries. Requirements

• Demonstrated integrity, decision-making skills, and leadership abilities.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees.
• Communicate effectively with customers and employees to support smooth operations and positive experiences.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink, and support operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, process returns promptly, and maintain merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use, promote risk management, and uphold company safety standards.
• Assist with commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues while following company policies.
