About The Position

The Parts Sales Manager helps drive store sales performance, develop a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional WOW! Customer Service. Working under the Store Manager’s guidance, this role supports store operations and the AutoZone mission of providing trusted automotive solutions. The manager assists with employee supervision and development, inventory and cash-handling processes, merchandising, safety and compliance, commercial account support, and resolving customer and operational concerns.

Requirements

• Demonstrated integrity, decision-making skills, and leadership abilities.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees.
• Communicate effectively with customers and employees to support smooth store operations and positive experiences.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures and manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, process returns promptly, and maintain merchandising.
• Enforce personal protective equipment use, promote risk management, and uphold company safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues in accordance with company policies.
