The Parts Sales Manager supports store performance by driving sales, developing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional WOW! Customer Service. Under the Store Manager’s guidance, this role helps oversee store operations, supports the commercial and hub departments, and contributes to AutoZone’s mission of providing trusted automotive solutions. Requirements
- Demonstrated integrity, decision-making skills, and leadership abilities.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

- Previous experience in automotive retail.
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees.
- Communicate effectively with customers and employees to support smooth store operations and positive experiences.
- Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
- Follow store procedures; manage inventory and cash handling; control shrink; and support operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain effective operations and customer service.
- Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, process returns promptly, and maintain merchandising.
- Enforce PPE use, promote risk management, and uphold company safety standards.
- Assist with commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
- Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues in accordance with company policies.
- Set a positive example through integrity, initiative, and leadership.
