This role involves assisting walk-in customers, managing stock, developing new wholesale accounts, and maintaining relationships with existing accounts. The associate will also be responsible for market analysis, creating action plans, and collaborating with the parts manager and other teams to ensure excellent customer service. Additionally, the role includes handling phone inquiries, processing orders, managing returns, and ensuring compliance with dealership policies.
