About The Position

At Elevate Home Services, we know that keeping our technicians and installers equipped with the right parts is essential to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and team-oriented Parts Runner to help keep our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical departments running efficiently. This is a fast-paced role that is perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, being on the move, and playing an important part in a larger team. You’ll spend your mornings and evenings picking up parts from our distributors and delivering them back to the shop, while spending the day supporting our different departments with parts and materials as needed.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
Comfortable driving throughout the local area multiple times per day.
Ability to lift, carry, and move parts and materials as needed.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Previous HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, warehouse, parts, delivery, or construction experience is a plus
Someone who takes pride in being dependable and understands that their role directly impacts the success of the field team.

Responsibilities

Pick up HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical parts from local distributors and vendors.
Complete morning and evening parts runs to ensure the shop and field teams have what they need.
Deliver parts, materials, and equipment to different departments throughout the day.
Help coordinate and organize parts as they arrive at the shop.
Verify that parts and materials picked up match the requested items.
Communicate with warehouse, service, installation, and management teams regarding parts needs.
Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle.
Safely load, transport, and unload parts and materials.
Assist with general warehouse and shop duties as needed.
Provide reliable support to our field technicians and installers so they can stay focused on serving our customers.
Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
