Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in various weather conditions, and engage in physical activities such as loading and unloading materials.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and stay organized even in high-demand situations.
• Good verbal communication skills with a team-oriented, customer-focused attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to supporting the team to ensure smooth operations.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a similar role or knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical parts and materials is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transport parts, tools, and materials from our warehouse or supplier locations to various job sites as requested.
• Work closely with dispatchers and warehouse staff to manage parts requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in each delivery.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory, performing light warehouse tasks such as stocking shelves, managing returns, and assisting with inventory counts.
• Keep field technicians informed on delivery times and address any issues that may arise promptly, maintaining clear communication with dispatch and management.
• Regularly inspect and maintain the assigned company vehicle, ensuring it is clean, organized, and in good working condition.
• Follow all company safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment at all times, adhering to driving and delivery protocols.
• Light facility tasks such as trash collection and sweeping.
• Other duties as assigned.
