About The Position
Volvo Cars Palo Alto is seeking a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Parts Runner / Parts Delivery Driver to join our growing Parts Department. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, driving, and working in a fast-paced dealership environment. You'll play an important role in ensuring parts are delivered accurately and on time while supporting the daily operations of our luxury dealership.
Requirements
- Previous delivery, warehouse, automotive, or parts experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Automotive parts knowledge is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Deliver automotive parts to customers, repair facilities, and other dealership locations
- Pick up parts from vendors and nearby dealerships as needed
- Verify parts orders for accuracy before delivery
- Load, unload, and transport parts safely and efficiently
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory
- Maintain delivery logs and required documentation
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Help keep the parts department organized and running efficiently
- Follow all safety guidelines and traffic laws
