About The Position

Bonnell Aluminum is searching for an individual to join our Maintenance team. What You’ll Be Responsible For: Communicate with suppliers regarding: - Quotes for material - Service and work order purchase requests to replenish inventory - Order status - Delivery dates Communicate with Procurement regarding: - Order status - Delivery dates - Submit and track incoming/existing inventory - Update/add parts and part profiles (for stock, bin location, type, etc.) to the inventory system when needed - Prioritize tasks to meet daily department needs Prepare and distribute receipts for services, materials, and contracted work after completion Schedule and manage inventory counts on a quarterly and as needed basis to meet audit requirements Review, track, and report open PO’s for: - Department budget (monthly) - Inventory value (monthly) - Delayed items (monthly) - Monitor safety equipment values (monthly) - Identify obsolete parts (quarterly) Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

  • 3 years of prior relevant experience using CMMS and IMS systems
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in receiving and parts room inventory functions
  • Moderate understanding of maintenance and reliability best practices.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Maintain excellent attendance
  • English (fluent), other languages a plus
  • High School Diploma/GED preferred
  • Pass company background and drug screening
