About The Position

The Parts Room Coordinator is responsible for sourcing and purchasing parts, managing the iMaintenance CMMS system, and maintaining inventory records. This role requires computer literacy, organizational skills, and the ability to interact effectively with vendors and customers. The position is located in a production and maintenance shop environment and involves physical demands such as lifting and bending.

Requirements

• Must be computer literate and capable of learning different software
• Must be able to organize time and duties to complete in a timely manner
• Must be able to interface well with vendors and both internal and external customers.
• Needs a solid understanding of both written & spoken English
• Must be able to count & perform simple mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, & division)

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe & clean work area.
• Maintain parts inventories
• Purchase parts and equipment in accordance to official policy
• Maintain the iMaintenance system.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
