Requirements

Strong customer service skills with the ability to multitask and stay organized
A sharp eye for detail and confidence working with data and systems
Clear communication skills and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new tools and processes

Responsibilities

Support customers and teammates with timely, accurate parts research, quotes, and order processing
Investigate and resolve parts discrepancies across orders, shipments, and deliveries
Handle inbound calls and inquiries with professionalism and a helpful, can-do attitude
Maintain clean, accurate records and enter data across company systems using established tools
