Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in parts receiving, stockroom, or warehouse environment preferred
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory
• Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided if necessary)
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift, move, and handle parts and inventory items regularly
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming parts and inventory shipments accurately and efficiently
• Inspect received items for damage, accuracy, and quality, reporting discrepancies as needed
• Properly store parts in designated locations, maintaining organized and accessible inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory records using our inventory management system
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
• Prepare parts for distribution or sale, including labeling and packaging
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the stockroom or storage area
• Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to ensure stock levels meet operational needs
