About The Position

The Parts Assistant - Warehouse/Shipping functions as part of the Parts Team and is responsible for unloading, loading, verifying, storing shipments, and backing up other parts roles.
In this role, you will:
Process Products Received through unloading and inspecting products in comparison to shipping documents and updating the inventory system
Process Outbound Orders by packing orders for shipment and determining shipment method
Make Daily Pickup and Delivery Runs for customers and branch needs
Maintain the Warehouse - cleaning and straightening parts bins and keeping warehouse orderly and neat
Back Up for Parts Personnel to include filling in for Parts Sales staff

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age with clean driving record
• Ability to be forklift certified
• Above average communication skills
• Ability to read
• High School diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to accomplish duties with accuracy and timeliness
