We are seeking a driven, organized, and customer-focused Parts Product Support Specialist to join our aftermarket operations team. This role is central to our operations, ensuring technicians, customers, service teams, and warehouse operations receive the correct parts promptly, thereby minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. Your contributions directly impact customer uptime, service performance, operational efficiency, technician productivity, fleet reliability, and client retention.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 3–5 years of experience in parts support, service, or inventory operations within Material handling, Forklift, Heavy equipment, Agriculture, or Automotive industries
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment systems preferred
  • Experience with ERP, inventory management, or parts systems
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Forklift experience is a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift certification or material handling equipment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Process parts inquiries, orders, quotes, returns, and customer requests
  • Assist technicians and customers with identifying correct replacement parts and equipment solutions
  • Research availability, compatibility, pricing, and sourcing options
  • Deliver responsive, professional customer support with urgency and accuracy
  • Build long-term customer relationships through reliability and service excellence
  • Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels
  • Perform cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations
  • Receive, stock, pull, organize, and distribute parts inventory
  • Support warehouse organization and inventory accuracy initiatives
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and logistics coordination
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, vendor documentation, and shipping records
  • Utilize ERP, inventory management, and dealership systems to track parts and inventory activity
  • Coordinate with service managers, technicians, vendors, and operations teams
  • Support aftermarket operations and equipment service workflow efficiency
