Responsible for performing various operations in parts processing to create high quality products for our customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Prior manufacturing or related experience preferred
  • Solid track record of performance and safety compliance
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new tasks
  • Ability to obtain forklift certification
  • Recognized for delivering high-quality work on time
  • Using analytical thinking to troubleshoot issues, make informed decisions, and continuously improve performance
  • Team-oriented professional with strong communication skills
  • Proactive mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP

Responsibilities

  • Build and stage assembly kits, manage material flow, and ensure accurate picking, receiving, and SAP inventory movements while supporting sub-assembly, bandsaw, CNC, and powder coat operations.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, light repairs, and troubleshooting; identify when to escalate issues; operate forklifts safely; and maintain a clean, organized, and high-performing work environment.
  • Ensure full compliance with OSHA and safety standards, interpret and follow quality documentation, complete process checks and reporting, and accurately capture production, scrap, and labor data in system tools.
  • Collaborate across shifts and departments, participate in training and team meetings, support maintenance and process improvements, and help develop team capability through knowledge sharing and hands-on support.
