About The Position
Billion Automotive, a family-owned business since 1935 with over 25 locations across Iowa, Minnesota, and South Dakota, is seeking a Parts Puller/Picker Associate for their Sioux Falls location. This role is crucial for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring timely delivery of parts to both internal departments and external customers.
Requirements
- Some applicable experience
- Basic computer skills
- Time management and organization skills
- Basic reading and math skills
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Receive, count, and record shipment data into the system.
- Deliver products, supplies, and equipment to designated areas.
- Deliver parts in the surrounding area to external customers using a company parts van.
- Match packing list information to actual packed merchandise.
- Pack, unpack, and mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, or electronic marking tools.
- Operate a forklift or other machinery as needed.
- Verify computations against physical counts of stock.
- Examine and inspect stock for wear and defects.
- Follow and encourage adherence to company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
