About The Position

Westfield Electroplating Company (WEPCO) is seeking a Parts Masker/Laborer to support the day-to-day production functions within our Masking Department. This position involves unpacking customer parts, cleaning various parts, and inspecting them for damage. The position also requires applying paints, tape, or silicone plugs to customer parts prior to plating. The use of solvents and thinners occurs daily. No previous metal finishing experience is required; we are willing to train the right candidate. This role offers a $1,250 sign-on bonus and an opportunity to start a career in the metal finishing industry.
