About The Position

The Parts Manager is responsible for providing consultation to service technicians and customers, researching hard-to-find parts, and maintaining appropriate stock levels. This role involves placing and tracking parts orders, receiving shipments, and stocking parts. The position also requires keeping units and equipment secure, demonstrating new equipment, performing troubleshooting, and maintaining a safe work area. The Parts Manager will also keep their supervisor informed of work progress and perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent
• 1-3 years of parts experience in RV, Auto, or Marine industry a plus
• Working knowledge of activities, methods, procedures, and policies of the shop
• Comprehensive product knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license required
• Forklift experience/certification preferred or ability to be certified required
• May lift to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
