About The Position
Jeff D'Ambrosio CDJR in Downingtown, PA is looking for an experienced Parts Manager to lead our fast-paced, high-volume Mopar parts department. We are searching for a motivated leader with a strong background in Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram parts operations who is ready to take ownership of inventory, wholesale growth, team leadership, and customer satisfaction. Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of Parts Manager experience within a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership
- Extensive knowledge of Mopar parts and CDJR systems
- Proven track record managing inventory, obsolescence, and departmental profitability
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license required
Nice To Haves
- Experience with wholesale parts operations preferred
- Reynolds & Reynolds and CDK experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the Parts Department
- Maintain proper inventory levels and controls
- Monitor and improve gross profit and departmental performance
- Manage parts ordering, receiving, returns, and warranty processes
- Lead and develop parts counter staff and warehouse personnel
- Work closely with the Service Department to ensure efficient workflow
- Grow and maintain wholesale parts business
- Ensure excellent customer service for retail and internal customers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient department
