Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an automotive parts department.
Professional personal appearance.
Interpersonal communication and managerial skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Nice To Haves

Sales experience preferred.
CDK system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Service Manager to ensure timely ordering and receipt of parts for internal jobs.
Lead, hire, train, and supervise the performance of parts department staff.
Oversee parts department payroll and manage employee time off.
Direct the activities of parts staff, fostering teamwork and excellent customer service.
Create strategies to enhance department efficiency and profitability.
Manage parts inventory, ensure the accuracy of the sales inventory system, and maintain vendor relationships.
Guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of customer orders.
Address customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
