About The Position

Acura of Highland Park is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead and manage their parts department. This role involves direct collaboration with service leadership to optimize efficiency and fill rates, with strong support from a leadership team focused on growth and performance. Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an automotive parts department
• At least 1 year in a management or supervisory role
• Comfortable reading a financial statement and managing to a budget
• Experience with a DMS system required
• Strong communicator with a high level of organization and follow-through
• Someone who holds the standard and leads by example

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the parts department
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Work closely with the service department to ensure parts availability and minimize delays
• Lead, develop, and hold the parts team accountable
• Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate effectively
• Track department performance and report against monthly objectives
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer programs and standards
