Requirements

Leadership and team management experience
Automobile industry experience and inventory knowledge
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels
Hiring, training and developing, and retaining high performing team members
Monitoring the current parts inventory
Pricing parts to maintain profitability
Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them
Helping clients find and purchase the correct parts
Collaborating with service managers to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs
