Position Overview: As a Parts Manager you are friendly and eager to work with a team to successfully meet the needs of our clients. You are skilled at pricing competitively, managing inventory and developing and achieving strategic initiative on time. You are a humbly confident team leader with an eagerness to learn and help your team grow.

Requirements

  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Automobile industry experience and inventory knowledge
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Hiring, training and developing, and retaining high performing team members
  • Monitoring the current parts inventory
  • Pricing parts to maintain profitability
  • Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them
  • Helping clients find and purchase the correct parts
  • Collaborating with service managers to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs
