About The Position

Land Rover Raleigh has an outstanding opportunity for a Parts Manager to join their team and the Holman Family! The Principal Purpose of this Position is to manage all aspects of parts department operations, offer and ensure the highest level of customer service, return a satisfactory profit on dealer capital invested in parts inventory, and develop and maintain proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staff utilization, security, pricing, merchandising, displaying, and advertising. The role also involves promoting parts standards for superior customer, employee, and dealership management.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED; College degree preferred
5+ years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 5+ years of dealership parts experience in various aspects of the parts department which may include some or all of the following: Shipping/receiving, Parts counter sales, (Wholesale, retail or shop) Assistant manager or similar related work
Working knowledge of car repair and customer engagement
Experienced in parts principles, concepts and department operations

Responsibilities
