Requirements
- Previous dealership Parts Management experience (Toyota experience preferred)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Parts Department
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, pricing, and vendor relationships
- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing parts team
- Collaborate closely with the Service and Sales departments
- Maintain accurate records, controls, and compliance standards
- Drive departmental efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
