About The Position

Nucar Nissan of Keene is looking for an experienced, high-energy Parts Manager with a proven track record to lead our team! As a core member of our leadership team, you will oversee a high-volume retail and wholesale parts operation. Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of automotive parts-related experience.
• 1 to 3 years of Dealership Supervisory/Management experience.
• Proven success operating within a high-volume dealership environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and managerial skills paired with an analytical mindset.

Nice To Haves

• Previous automotive sales experience is highly helpful.

Responsibilities

• Forecast financial goals and departmental objectives, implementing driven strategies to consistently meet them.
• Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all parts department staff.
• Prepare, administer, and monitor an annual operating budget to maximize parts department profitability and efficiency.
• Oversee inventory turns, minimize obsolescence, and rigorously control daily departmental operations.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with retail, wholesale, and internal customers to drive repeat and referral business.
