Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience in an automotive parts management position preferred
• Possesses a high energy level throughout the workday
• High school diploma or higher education
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections
• Have strong customer service skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic focused on the Parts business and personal growth
• Work with all departments to include Parts and deliver a great customer experience
