Requirements

- Tech-savvy approach: Be comfortable using a CRM platform, computers and Microsoft Office tools

Responsibilities
- Manage parts inventory
- Assist customers and technicians with orders
- Learn dealership operations and logistics
- Use technology to track and fulfill orders
- Explore dealership operations by rotating through departments to understand daily workflows and the value of teamwork
- Support the parts department by assisting with customer service, marketing, stocking, and delivery of parts and accessories to ensure internal and external customers have what they need to run their operations smoothly
- Be a proactive learner by participating in training, meetings, and customer engagement initiatives while demonstrating a strong willingness to grow and contribute
- Represent RDO with pride by maintaining a professional image, following safety protocols and supporting a positive team environment
