About The Position

This role is responsible for processing and fulfilling parts orders, managing inventory, and safely operating forklifts. The Parts Handler/Driver will ensure accuracy in order fulfillment, handle customer backorders and returns, and collaborate with team leads to meet productivity and accuracy standards. This is a 3rd shift position.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Forklift experience.
• Strong computer skills and experience with handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill parts orders using RF handheld scanners, ensuring accuracy of part numbers, quantities, and inventory locations.
• Review packing slips to determine proper order handling, disposition, and fulfillment requirements.
• Pick, pull, and bag parts orders efficiently, verifying accuracy before releasing orders for shipment.
• Deliver complete orders to the packaging area for final packaging and quality control review.
• Manage customer and service backorders, parts returns, and other assigned inventory-related activities.
• Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts while following all company safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Leads and Supervisors to prioritize daily workflow, maintain dependable attendance, uphold professional relationships, and meet productivity and accuracy standards.
