About The Position
As a Parts Driver at Fox Motors, you help keep our service and repair operations moving by transporting automotive parts accurately and on time. You’ll handle local pick-ups and deliveries, confirm orders and invoices, collect and reconcile delivery payments when applicable, and maintain clear delivery documentation. You’ll also communicate vehicle maintenance needs and support additional tasks as assigned.

- Ability to bend, twist, and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities
- Handle local pick-ups and deliveries of automotive parts.
- Confirm orders and invoices.
- Collect and reconcile delivery payments when applicable.
- Maintain clear delivery documentation.
- Communicate vehicle maintenance needs.
- Support additional tasks as assigned.
- Sync up with the parts team on priorities for the day.
- Map out an efficient route across customers, satellite locations, wholesale accounts, and vendors.
- Double-check paperwork between stops.
- Capture signatures.
- Keep delivery log current.
- Adjust for last-minute pickups as needs shift.
- Flag any vehicle issues that could affect upcoming runs.
- Confirm everything is documented and ready for the next day.
